Q1. What is the licensing model?

SmartOfficeNXT is offered under a subscription-based licensing model. You can choose different plans depending on the number of users, forms, and advanced features required.

Q2. How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

To change your subscription plan, contact your account manager or send a request to “smartofficenxt.support@cloudangles.com”. The support team will assist with upgrading or downgrading your plan.

Q3. What happens if my subscription expires?

Once the subscription expires, access to SmartOfficeNXT will be temporarily suspended. Users will no longer be able to submit or process requests until the subscription is renewed.

Q4. Can I add more users to my plan?

Yes, additional users can be added by upgrading your subscription plan. Contact the support team for assistance.

Q5. How is billing handled?
