Q1. Why can't I log in?

Users log in using their company credentials via Single Sign-On (SSO). Ensure you are using the correct company ID. If you forget your login details, reset your password through your organization’s IT portal.

Q2. Why am I getting an 'Access Denied' error?

This occurs if your account does not have permission to access SmartOfficeNXT or if your license has expired. Verify your access with your administrator or contact support at “smartofficenxt.support@cloudangles.com”.

Q3. What should I do if the application is running slowly?

Slow performance may result from network issues, large data loads, or browser-related problems. Try refreshing your browser, clearing cache, or using a supported browser. If the issue persists, contact support.

Q4. What should I do if I encounter an error while submitting a request?

Note the error message and provide the request details to support at “smartofficenxt.support@cloudangles.com” for resolution.

Q5. Why can’t I see certain requests or forms?

This may be due to role-based access restrictions. Only requests and forms you have permission for will be visible in your dashboard. Contact your administrator if you believe this is an error.
